The Impresa Ardesi Enrico S.p.A Company has been operating in the housing, commercial, industrial, school and hotel building for more than hundred years. Its profile is linked to the economic evolution of Brescia , characterized between the end of the last century and the present day, by the commencement and development of the most efficient and prestigious companies, still operational in Town. Founded in 1879 by Cav. Faustino Ardesi , it initially concentrated in the road building activity under Cav. Luigi Ardesi . Up to the early post-war period, it was devoted to the restructuring of cultural property, manufacture of cement products and first buildings. Between the Second World War and the Seventies, Cav. Enrico Ardesi would continue the company activity, characteriz ing it with high-level professionalism.
The Company activity diversified and expanded: from the rebuilding of Brescia industries (steel factories and rolling mills), to interventions in school construction, and serious involvement in the construction and restoration of churches and Religious Institutions. From the Seventies on, there has been further increase of skills and capabilities of the company, which carried out significant intervention in civil, residential and commercial buildings.
